This listing is for purchase of our reusable gift bag & gift wrapping service.
Lovera Collections believes in the reduction of unnecessary packaging for a less waste Earth, thus in the 5 years of our operations, we have not produced any branded packaging for our products (other than the gift bag which is reuseable) and we mainly use reused/rescued materials for packing, unless specifically requested by purchase of giftwrapping/giftbag.
Before purchasing our gift bag and/or gift wrapping, do consider if your recipient truly benefit from the packaging or the products received(: You may simply remark to inform us that your order is a gift & we will blank out the price tags without giftwrapping!
[We also actively collect used materials like carton boxes and/or bubble wrapping, so if you have these materials and would like to contribute them for us to reuse, drop us a message here.]
Card + Gift Bag:
We highly recommend the purchase of our Lovera Gift Bag if you opt for delivery instead of gift wrapping. The use of the bag is preferred as gift wrapping may get crumpled by the handlers of delivery.
Products will usually be boxed in their individual brown box(es) (this info will be indicated in each products' description) or boxed in reused box(es) (if it doesn't come with individual box from supplier). They will then be placed into our gift bag, if you purchased.
If you need us to write a message on the card, please leave your message in the remarks section during check out as our packing staff does not have access to emails & chats and will likely to miss out your additional messages sent elsewhere anywhere else before the parcel is shipped out.
If no messages is seen in the remarks, we will only sign off the card with the sender's name. We seek your kind understanding that we will not be liable to retrieve the parcel once shipped to write the message sent via other means.
Gift Wrapping:
We use brown paper & pastel ribbons for our gift wrapping. Please reconsider getting this option as materials used for gift wrapping are seldom reused & only generate into waste.
In the event that your items are not suitable to be gift wrapped (some dinnerware sets i.e. 29 piece set are impossible to gift wrap) and/or your items do not fit into a single gift bag, we will contact you via whatsapp to notify you and discuss on other possibilities. We seek your kind understanding on this as tableware comes in various forms and sizes, arranging for a standard gift wrapping service that fits all is not always possible.
