Shipping Policy
LOCAL SHIPPING:
1. Normal Shipping ($8 for orders below $130, free for above $130)
Due to low sales volume & the schedule of our regular driver who helps us with deliveries, deliveries can only be done on Saturdays 11am-6pm. Please choose the Saturday you wish for your order to be delivered during check out.
Kindly note that in the event that driver is unable to deliver on the chosen Saturday or if there is not enough orders for driver (his minimum is 10 trips per day) to deliver, we will contact you to inform you of a possible delay to the following Saturday.
We apologize that we are unable to accommodate special delivery timing request as the delivery timing is between 11am-6pm, depending on traffic & weather conditions, as well as the list of deliveries of the day.
2. Express Delivery (from $18 for orders below $500, free for above $500)
We will sometimes engage Grab drivers for this delivery option. Should the delivery fee for your address be quoted more than $18 by the app, we may contact you to top up the difference.
From 21Jul20 (until further notice), delivery period for this option will now be 2-3 days due to shortage in manpower. You may wish to drop us a whatsapp by clicking here to check on the status of your express delivery.
If there are specific delivery instructions (i.e. lift lobby number or leaving the parcel outside your gate), please remember to input under remarks section during check out.
We will also not be liable for re-delivery fees if your parcel has been returned to us due to uncontactable during delivery or wrong information in your delivery address given.
In the unlikely event of rough handling damage during delivery or any discrepancies of your order, please Whatsapp within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We regret to inform you that we will not entertain any claims of missing/damage or quality issue after the 24 hours time frame.
Please also note our Store Policy on our exchange/return policy before placing order as we will not entertain change of mind requests, all products' measurements are stated in products' information & should be thoughtfully considered before purchase.
SELF COLLECTION:
Please only book an appointment to collect your order AFTER placing your order. Book your appointment here.
All orders has to be collected within 15 days from order confirmation. Orders not collected after 15 days will be disposed due to space constraints. Please notify us if you have any issue to collect within the 15 days so that we can safe keep your order depending on case to case basis. Thank you(:
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
For overseas customers who wish to make a purchase, please contact us and we can quote you the shipping rate individually.
For orders that have been made without checking on the international shipping fee, we regret to inform you that we cannot do a full refund as your payment will be charged a 4% payment fee to us, this fee is non-refundable.
