Products / Services
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Customers are responsible to ensure that orders placed are according to colour, size and quantity they require before checking out.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
We only accept payment via Paypal through our online store. For more information about your security when shopping online with us, please view the PayPal Buyer Protection Policy at PayPal, our payment gateway provider.
At Lovera Collections, we offer the following shipping options for Singapore deliveries:
Ninja Van courier delivery / Lovera delivery (FOC for orders above $120, otherwise $6.50)
All orders will be shipped either via Lovera's own delivery or Ninja Van delivery depending on delivery location & parcel size.
Ninja Van: We will arrange for Ninja Van to collect your order within 1-3 working days from date of order confirmation. Please note that Lovera Collections non-working day is every Monday & PH and Ninja Van non-working day is every Sunday & PH, thus all orders received on Saturdays can only be processed earliest (but not latest) by the following Tuesday. Upon order collection by Ninja Van, the courier company will delivery your order within 1-4 working days between 9am - 10pm. There may be some delays during peak season. A tracking number will be sent to you via email upon shipping out your order, please check your spam/junk mail if you did not receive the email by the 3rd day of your order confirmation. You can track your parcel with the tracking number via Ninja Van's website, you can also request for your preferred date of delivery via Ninja Van.
Lovera's delivery: We will whatsapp/SMS to confirm on the date & time of delivery to be within 7 days from date of order confirmation.
Orders will be returned to Lovera Collections due to (up to 2) unsuccessful re-deliveries, customers is responsible for the re-delivery fee.
Lovera / Ninja Van Express Delivery (fee: $15 for orders below $500)
Upon order confirmation, Lovera delivery will deliver your order within 1-2 working days (Tuesday - Saturday 11am - 10.30pm)
Please note that there is no guarantee that we can accommodate to your time slot requests, especially but not exclusively during peak seasons.
In the unlikely event of rough handling damage during shipping by Ninja Van, please whatsapp 90933114 immediately with substantial photo evidence of our proper packaging for them to reimburse any damage caused by Ninja Van during shipping.
"Ninja Van’s liability for any loss of or damage to delivery Items shall be limited to the value of the delivery item or SGD$100 per Delivery Item, whichever is lower. Claims are to be submitted to Ninja Van within 30 days of order creation, or 1 week from successful delivery of order. Any claims received after this period will not be recognized." - Ninja Van website
Should you worry about breakage during shipping, please opt for self collection at our Showroom @ 1015 Geylang East Avenue 3 #01-137.
All orders are eligible for self collection at our Showroom at 1015 Geylang East Avenue 3, please note that prior appointment is required and appointment can be made via here.
Self collection can be done 1 day after order confirmation and orders above $120 will be entitled to 1 freebie (worth min. $10) when self collection is opted instead of free delivery.
Lovera Collections is dedicated to providing our customers with the very best service. All items are carefully inspected before shipping out to our customers. In the event that damage occurs in transit, please notify us immediately through Contact Us.
All damage claims must be made to Lovera Collections within 72 hours upon receipt of goods. If 72 hours have gone since your receipt of goods, we are sorry but we cannot offer you a refund or exchange anymore. To make a damage claim, you need to provide Lovera Collections:
- Photo(s) of the damage.
- Brief description of the quality issue you noticed.
- Order No.
- Your name and contact details.
All refunds are given in the form of Lovera Collections Store Credit for the damage claim that is confirmed to be valid. Lovera Collections Store Credit can be used as "money" on our site. It can be applied to any future orders within 14days from the date of issuance. You will be provided with a credit code once the defective claim is validated. Feel free to apply your credit to your future orders at Lovera Collections!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit code will be emailed to you within 7 working days upon approval of claim.
Sale / Clearance Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We offer a one time exchange if you change your mind, subject to availability. All exchanges has to be sent back to our Showroom, the product(s) will be subjected to a physical check that they are still in sellable condition (no damage, packagaing & price tags intact) before an exchange can be honored.
To return your product, you should send or bring your product to: Block 1015 Geylang East Avenue 3 #02-141 Singapore 389730.
You will be responsible for payment of your own shipping expenses for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
