Yes, you may drop by our Stockroom to view our products before your purchase. Appointment is required to visit our Stockroom, to request for an appointment, please click here.
We do not hold reservations for any products without payment & we do not allow change of products once payment is made. If you are unsure of a product choice, please browse our full collection in our Stockroom before deciding on your purchase.
You can use our store search engine by entering keyword(s).
Alternatively, you can search item by product category through our "All Products", "All Collections" or "Brands" links on the menu bar.
You can simply input a keyword(s), such as plate, dinnerware set, etc, and our search engine will locate all items containing the keyword(s) and display the results based on relevance. If there is a specific collection that you have seen in our Instagram/Facebook page but are unsure of the name, you may send us the screenshot of the photo via FB Messenger and request for us to send you the name.
Placing an Order
Yes, you'll need to create an account with us before you can proceed to check out.
1) Click on the product image or product name to view the item details.
2) Select from the drop down menu the variation of the product you would like. Confirm your selection by verifying the main image change as well as additional information like measurements & sets combination under "Description". Key in desired quantity and click "Add to cart" if you wish to continue shopping or "Buy it now" if you are ready to check out.
3) When you are ready to checkout, you can click on the Cart button on the upper right hand section of any page to proceed to Checkout page. You can review the content of your cart, change quantities and/or remove items, input any remarks regarding your order, select your shipping method and enter a promo code/ gift card code if you have one.
4) You will complete your delivery information and payment preference. Upon completing these required information, just click "Complete Order".
A confirmation page will show your new order number. An email confirming the receipt of the order with all order details will be sent shortly.
Products listed for pre-order can be added straight to cart and checked out for payment like a normal order. Please read all pre-order information like ETA of shipment under the description section of the pre-order product. We only accept pre-order that are paid in full, pre-order can still be subjected to last minute unavailability from manufacturer's end & full refund will be given if that happens.
For orders that have a combination of pre-order & instock products, please leave remarks during check out if you wish for the instock items to be shipped out to you first then arrange to self collect or opt for new delivery (chargeable) when your pre-order item(s) arrived.
There will be no cancellation or changes once your pre-order has been confirmed.
Yes, usually your order will be confirmed & products in your order will be allocated on reserve for you once payment is confirmed.
However, we apologize in the event that we have to contact & inform you that there is/are product(s) in your order that suddenly became out of stock. This is because we are selling across several local shopping platforms, if there are orders for a low stock product (or high surge in orders) that came before your order, we will be processing all orders collated across all platforms & our website according to time of order. We will offer you alternatives to consider to change the sold out product to, or you may also opt for refund.
All transactions will be charged in Singapore Dollar (SGD) only.

It depends on the option chosen during check out. Normal shipping takes approximately 7 working days. Express shipping takes approximately 1-2 working days. Slight delays (2-3 days) can be expected for both options during peak, festive & sale periods.

We use a combination of Ninja Van and freelance drivers, depending on your total order weight/size and location.
Generally, for orders that are bigger and heavier, we will engage freelance drivers for these deliveries to ensure safe handling & no breakage, however this will take more days as we would need to liaise with the drivers' availability. For smaller orders that we deemed safer for mass delivery by couriers, we will ship via Ninja Van, they usually take lesser days to reach you but there will be a risk of breakage. If you are worried about breakage and do not mind a slightly longer wait, just leave a remark during check out that you wish for us to arrange freelance driver for your delivery!
However rest assured that when breakage happens during deliveries & reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, we will arrange replacement (or refund if product is out of stock). For more information on how to report a breakage, please see here
Yes, you can. All our customers will be notified with a Shipping Confirmation email once the orders are shipped out. Shipping details will be indicated inside the email. Please check your spam/junk mail if you did not receive the email.

All shipments returned to Lovera Collections are considered "undeliverable". Reasons for undeliverable shipments include incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempt by the courier (i.e., the recipient is unavailable), or unclaimed shipments held by the courier agent exceeding the holding period.
When we receive undeliverable shipments, we will notify customers via email to arrange for re-delivery. All re-delivery fee is chargeable regardless of the original order's eligibility for free shipping.
We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
All our products are food safe and we source from reliable & certified manufacturers. Other than doing factory visits to check on our manufacturers, we also carry the required licenses for importation & sale of tableware for food consumption use.
All our products have measurements in the product description and it is best to decide for yourself which size suits your intended cooking best. If you require in depth recommendations on purchasing a full dinnerware base on your personal needs, please make an appointment to drop by our Stockroom and we will be happy to help! We are unable to provide that service via text-messaging.
All our products' safe usage information is indicated under the Description section of the product page. Generally, most products we carry are microwave & dishwasher safe EXCEPT for products with hand-painted/embossed gold design.
Our stoneware baking pots/dishes are intended for microwave and oven usage, these products will not withstand the temperature from direct fire and will break upon exposure. We do have stove safe cookware and these products will be indicated stove safe under products' Description.
● For products with hand painted gold or platinum decorations, hand washing using sponge or soft cloth is recommended, as dishwasher may cause damage.
● Refrain from using scouring pads or abrasive cleaners on products.
● Exposing products to bleach for extended periods will cause fading of color.
● Grip firmly when hand washing to avoid dropping.
● Washing products together with stainless products may cause metal stains which are not easily washable.
● When storing products, take care not to slide over each other, as this may cause scratches on the glaze.
● Heavy products should be stored on durable shelves, out of reach of children.
All products that we carry are curated by us, we do not manufacture; thus individual customization is not available.
If you are looking to purchase in bulk for corporate/wholesale and would like to inquire about customization of simpler things like printing of logo on the product or packaging, please contact us.
Some products may come with individual boxes and some products may not - products that are individually boxed will be stated in products' Description section.
Products that do not have individual boxes will be bubble wrapped.
For Ninja Van delivery, we will secure products with layers of bubble wrap even for products that are individually boxed.
We do offer gift wrapping at a fee if you require your purchase to be gift-wrapped, however this is limited to Express Delivery or Self Collection option only. Please purchase gift wrapping here
Depending on the product, we may offer pre-order for certain products that are sold out - you may refer to the product's description for pre-order information if it is listed for pre-order.
For products that are no longer shown in our website / on clearance promotion, they will not be restocked once sold out.
We do not offer change of mind policy. We advise customers to read all products' description (especially measurements) and browse all available images before making your purchase. We will only offer exchange of product due to quality issues like manufacturing defects pending our agreement that it is actually a defect and not a common ceramics occurrence - see Store Policy for info common ceramics occurrence. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you wish to report a quality issue, any issue raised after 24 hours will not be entertained.
We sincerely apologize if part of your order hasn't arrived or have been damaged during delivery.

● Details and/or photos of the damaged or missing item(s).
● Photos of the exterior parcel with your shipping label & fragile sticker, the interior packaging of bubble wrapping and/or stuffing used and the damaged product(s).
● Keep all the packaging materials (including the exterior box) until we have adequate proof for damage claims submission with courier.
We seek your understanding that we will not be able to entertain any damage/loss reports made after 24 hours of delivery as our couriers company will not allow for us to make such damage claims after their allowable window.
If you received incorrect item(s), kindly Whatsapp us at 90933114 within 24 hours from the time of receiving your parcel from the courier. We will promptly follow up with the replacement process.
Due to hygiene & local ethnicity reasons, we do not offer returns. We will only offer exchange if product is due to manufacturing defects, kindly whatsapp us at 90933114 for information on our exchange procedure.
Price tags & original packaging has to be intact for all exchange.
Purchasing Gift / Gift Card
We are more than happy to provide a greeting card with a customized message. You may first purchase your choice of greeting card here and indicate your message under the “Order instructions” box on the Order Review section during checkout.
Our greeting card option is bundled with free gift-wrapping service, however gift-wrapping is only available for Express Delivery or Self Collect option. If you have purchased greeting card with Normal Economy Delivery, the parcel will not be gift wrapped, but your greeting card will be placed inside the parcel.
We also highly recommend that you purchase a Lovera Gift Bag along with your Gift Card if you are selecting Express Delivery or Self Collect option so that the gift can have a nicer presentation when delivered to your recipient.
